Account Manager
The REMco Account Manager assumes repsonsibility for the daily operations of assigned accounts; including management of client relationships, introducing new products to exisitng customers and providing ongoing communication with accounts. He/She will develop a strong understanding of client objectives and assess their business stratgies and needs in relation to their objectives. Occasional out of town travel is required.

Support Specialist
The REMco Support Specialist will assist customers in the support of software products developed by REMco Software, Inc. He/She will receive telephone calls from customers having specific problems and recommend solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of the hotel industry and basic computer skills. Good phone etiquette and customer service skills a must. Various shifts are available.
